Overview

Flowmeters are usually flow calibrated in production by the manufacturer of the meter or by an independent calibration facility. KROHNE flowmeters are typically flow calibrated as part of the production process. To enable this KROHNE has a series of calibration rigs in each of its production facilities. Based on the knowledge of these in-house designed calibration rigs, KROHNE offers similarly designed solutions to its customers.

In recent years KROHNE has supplied flow calibration runs and skids for water, air and oil products to several customers. Also a world class high pressure natural gas calibration facility has been fully upgraded by KROHNE. The KROHNE scope of supply includes the full design, from concept through to operator training and certification. The SynEnergy process visualisation software by KROHNE provides the operator HMI, as well as performance monitoring of the instrumentation, and supervision of all diagnostic parameters.
